Scrievin and Scran: Spoken Word Event

What a great night on

Friday 26th January!

A large audience warmly appreciated 10 poetic voices

at the ‘Scrievin & Scran’ event

in the Harbour Arts Centre, Irvine.

I was honoured to have been included once again, this time sharing four poems in my 6 minute slot.

It was also inspiring to hear ‘new’ voices sharing for the first time,

and the line-up included two other AYR WRITERS’ CLUB members, Fiona McFadzean and John McCutcheon.

And thanks to the posse of A.W.C. supporters, in the audience, who came along to cheer us on!
